We prefer vector files in AI, PDF, EPS, or SVG format with all fonts converted to outlines. If you only have high-resolution PNG/JPG files or hand sketches, our design team can vectorize and convert them into 3D CAD mockups for free within 12 hours.
Can you match our exact corporate Pantone PMS brand colors?

What are the payment terms for custom manufacturing?
Our standard terms are 30% deposit upon pre-production sample sign-off, and 70% balance prior to shipment or against the Bill of Lading (B/L). For established long-term partners and enterprise clients, flexible OA 30/60 days credit terms can be approved.
